01 Do you only build high-end machines? +
No. We build everything from a clean €800–€1,200 gaming PC to a full-stack flagship with direct-die and a custom loop.
02 What does the service fee actually cover? +
Consultation, component sourcing, assembly, cable management, stress testing and configuration. Services like direct-die, custom water loop and custom cables each have their own base rate — you see a complete itemised quote before committing.
03 Is direct-die worth it on the 9950X3D? +
For the best performance, yes! On our Obsidian Titan reference build with the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D we recorded −23°C vs a stock IHS mount. Results vary by CPU sample and cooling setup. That typically translates to longer sustained boost clocks and lower fan RPMs under gaming or rendering load.
04 Do you ship internationally? +
We build and ship within Germany only, using DHL, Hermes, DPD, and FedEx.
05 What happens if a part fails after delivery? +
As the seller, Octiware provides statutory warranty rights for two years under German law. Individual components may additionally carry voluntary manufacturer guarantees under the manufacturer's own terms. If anything comes up, we'll help you through the process personally.
06 Can I bring my own parts? +
Yes, you can. We'll check compatibility and condition before installing it in your new PC.
07 Is the initial consultation really free and non-binding? +
Yes, completely. Our initial consultation and all quotes are free and non-binding. You're under no obligation whatsoever.
